One of the following combinations of education and experience is required: · Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, construction management, facilities management, or a related building maintenance or construction field, plus a minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible, professional engineering or facilities maintenance experience; or. · A minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible experience as a licensed tradesperson (e.g., electrician, plumber, HVAC/refrigeration technician, or similar skilled trade) in a commercial, institutional, or industrial facilities environment, in lieu of a bachelor’s degree.
