Safety responsibility includes responsibility for security and fire alarms systems, monthly fire extinguisher, forklift and crane checks, change belts and filters in air conditioners as needed, key control, maintaining a safe work environment in TURBOCAM buildings and grounds, installing safety devices as identified, posting of safety signs, marking and maintaining, easements, general repair and maintenance of safety equipment. 5-10 years of extensive experience in maintenance with excellent technical knowledge of equipment and buildings, grounds and janitorial services, including operations, maintenance and repair; building construction; electrical systems, building materials and supplies, cranes & hoists, generators and UPS units.
