Perform basic work across a variety of building trades, which may include carpentry, painting and drywall, plumbing, electrical, mechanical systems, lighting, door hardware, hardscaping, caulking, and similar maintenance and repair work. The position also requires the ability to safely climb ladders and work at heights and to lift, carry, push, pull, and maneuver materials, tools, and equipment necessary to perform assigned work, with team or mechanical assistance when appropriate.
