As a key partner across the organization, this role helps align facilities operations with business needs, supports long-term planning for capital improvements and space management, and contributes to an exceptional workplace experience through responsive service, sound judgment, and continuous improvement. Associates Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field, and ten (10) years of progressively responsible experience in facilities operations, building maintenance, including leadership of complex building systems, vendor management, compliance, safety, and staff supervision.
