Working primarily onsite at the main UVA Hospital campus, you will serve as a strategic partner to vascular surgery leaders and multidisciplinary teams while helping programs evolve in response to patient needs, clinical outcomes, and emerging practices. This highly visible position offers an experienced RN the opportunity to shape programs, translate clinical data into meaningful improvements, lead education and outreach initiatives, and strengthen the connection between patients, physicians, and community partners.
