Key responsibilities include:- Support propagation, transplanting, vegetative care, flowering, harvesting, drying, and curing activities- Complete daily plant care (watering, pruning, defoliation, trellising, staking) and integrated pest management (IPM) tasks- Observe plant and environmental conditions; escalate indicators of pests, disease, or nutrient issues- Maintain cleanliness and organization of cultivation rooms, tools, and equipment in accordance with SOPs and regulatory requirements- Assist with harvest staging, trimming, weighing, and post-harvest preparation- Perform basic recordkeeping, including plant movements and activity entries in seed-to-sale tracking software (e.g., METRC)- Support inventory counts, facility upkeep, and assigned cultivation projects in coordination with cross-functional teamsRequired qualifications/skills:- High school diploma or equivalent- Strong attention to detail; strict SOP compliance- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/bend for extended periods- Flexible availability, including weekends/holidays as needed; must meet state requirementsQualified candidates are encouraged to apply.
