Proven leadership experience in roofing operations, production management, or roofing sales management Strong understanding of roofing systems, shingle, metal, tile, flat/low slope preferred Experience managing budgets, gross margin, job costing, and production forecasting Ability to read and write scopes estimate accurately and manage change orders Comfort working with insurance claims and documentation preferred Excellent communication skills with customers, adjusters, crews, and internal teams Valid drivers license, ability to travel locally throughout the Emerald Coast.
