Director, Program Execution, Project Management and GTM Readiness will provide senior leadership for Sage's global GTM transformation portfolio, establishing the strategy, governance, prioritization, and operating rhythm needed to deliver large-scale, cross-functional programs that drive growth, improve GTM effectiveness, and support sustainable adoption across regions and customer-facing teams. Working closely with senior leaders across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Revenue Operations, IT, Finance, Customer Support, and regional teams, this role will align priorities, navigate enterprise-level trade-offs, and ensure transformation initiatives deliver measurable business impact.
