6S Ortho/Med Surg overflow unit caring for patients following bone and joint reconstructive surgery, joint replacement, orthopedic trauma surgery, or sports injuries. Skills required: telemetry monitoring, IV starts, and management of cardiac/vasoactive drips including Heparin, Cardizem, Nitro, Argatroban, Amiodarone, and Dopamine (renal perfusion only).
