Key responsibilities include managing the Right of Way Program team, coordinating with internal teams (Development Services, Development Review, CIP), leading review and permitting of projects led by external stakeholders in the public right of way (City roadway reconstruction projects, private development dedicating public roadways, dry utilities in the public right of way, etc.), liaising with intergovernmental coordination with partner agencies inside and outside of Salt Lake City, developing program level resources and process, and other duties, as assigned. Minimum Qualifications: Possession of a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering or related engineering equivalent from a fully accredited college or university, and ten years paid work experience performing civil engineering duties, including planning, design, construction, operation and maintenance of infrastructure.
