This is an excellent opportunity for an individual thrives in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment. <ul><li> This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs </li><li> Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include health, optical, dental, life, and short-term disability insurance </li><li> A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates </li></ul>MATERIAL HANDLER - FORKLIFT | RESPONSIBILITIES:<ul><li>Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, conveyors, handcarts, and power trucks to transport materials and goods within the warehouse.</li><li>Material Handling: Frequently push, pull, and lift materials weighing up to 50 lbs. unassisted.</li><li>Inventory & Records: Maintain accurate operational records while adhering to strict Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality guidelines.</li><li>Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with co-workers and supervisors to meet daily production goals.</li><li>Facility Navigation: Comfortably navigate the facility, including frequent use of stairs and steps.</li></ul>MATERIAL HANDLER - FORKLIFT | REQUIREMENTS:<ul><li>Education: High School Diploma or GED (verifiable)</li><li>Attendance: Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days.</li><li>1+ year of dedicated Forklift experience required (manufacturing environment preferred).</li><li>Skills: Basic computer literacy, solid math skills, and the ability to read, write, and comprehend technical documents in English.</li></ul>Work Environment & Physical Demands<ul><li>This role requires regular standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and climbing.</li><li>The warehouse environment is subject to seasonal temperature changes (hot in the summer, cold in the winter) and moderate to loud noise levels.</li></ul>Take the Next Step!Join a company that values your growth and contributions.
