<h1>Carpenter Finish / Cabinet Maker</h1>Are you an experienced finish carpenter or cabinet maker looking for a stable opportunity to put your skills to work? Every job will present new challenges, and you'll have the chance to showcase your abilities while contributing to projects that make a lasting impression.<h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Perform carpentry and cabinet-making duties including cutting, assembling, and installing woodwork, cabinets, and millwork.</li><li>Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and measurements to complete projects to specification.</li><li>Install trim, doors, moldings, and custom cabinetry with precision and consistency.</li><li>Operate hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery safely and effectively.</li><li>Conduct inspections of completed work to ensure quality and accuracy.</li><li>Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet project goals and timelines.</li><li>Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to company safety policies at all times.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>1–2 years of carpentry experience required (cabinet-making experience strongly preferred).</li><li>Strong understanding of finish carpentry, woodworking techniques, and millwork.</li><li>Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.</li><li>Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.</li><li>High attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a strong work ethic.</li></ul><h3>Schedule & Pay</h3><ul><li>Work Days: Monday through Friday (with occasional Saturdays as needed).</li><li>Hours: Vary by project (typically between 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM).</li><li>Pay: Starting at $23.00/hour, based on experience and skill level.</li><li>Breaks: 30-minute unpaid lunch break.</li></ul><h3>Additional Details</h3><ul><li>Work Attire: Pants, shirt, and work shoes (steel toe boots preferred).</li><li>Safety Equipment Provided: Safety glasses, gloves, and ear protection.</li><li>Parking: Street parking available near job sites.</li><li>Client Property: AlohaHP is not responsible for any client property.</li></ul><h3>Why Join Us?</h3>This is a great opportunity for carpenters who want steady work, competitive pay, and the chance to build and refine their skills in cabinetry and finish carpentry.
