Role Summary:As a Cabinet maker at Noovo, you will be an integral part of our manufacturing process, creating and assembling high-quality wooden components for our campervans. You'll work closely with our production team to ensure that every piece meets Noovo's high standards of craftsmanship and quality. A 'skills test' or general assessment of skill may be evaluated during the course of the interview. Key Responsibilities:Carpentry and Assembly:<ul><li>Measure, cut, shape, and assemble wooden components for campervans based on design specifications. </li><li>Work with various types of wood and materials, ensuring precision and attention to detail in all tasks. </li><li>Use hand and power tools to carry out carpentry work efficiently and safely. </li><li>Install wood fixtures, such as cabinetry, shelves, flooring, and panels, ensuring they are securely built and aligned with the overall design. </li></ul>Quality Control:<ul><li>Ensure all wooden components and finished assemblies meet Noovo's high quality standards. </li><li>Conduct inspections to identify and correct any defects or issues before they affect the overall product. </li><li>Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all equipment and materials are safely stored. </li></ul>Collaboration and Communication:<ul><li>Collaborate with the production team and Operations Director to ensure timely and high-quality completion of carpentry tasks. </li><li>Communicate effectively with the team to resolve any challenges during production. </li></ul>Safety and Compliance:<ul><li>Adhere to safety standards and protocols to maintain a safe working environment. </li><li>Ensure proper use and maintenance of all carpentry tools and equipment. </li></ul>Continuous Improvement:<ul><li>Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality. </li><li>Stay up-to-date with the latest carpentry techniques and industry trends to apply them in your work. </li></ul>Desired Skills & Experience:Soft Skills:<ul><li>Strong attention to detail and a high standard of craftsmanship. </li><li>Minimum of 5 years of experience required. </li><li>Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. </li><li>Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changes in the work process. </li><li>Strong communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude. </li><li>Good time-management skills to ensure tasks are completed on schedule. </li></ul>Hard Skills:<ul><li>Proven experience as a carpenter, preferably in a manufacturing or construction environment. </li><li>Proficiency in the use of carpentry tools and equipment, including hand tools and power tools. </li><li>Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. </li><li>Knowledge of carpentry materials, techniques, and best practices. </li><li>Understanding of safety protocols in a workshop setting. </li></ul>Compensation:<ul><li>$25.00 - $30.00 per hour depending on experience.</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>Paid Time Off (PTO) </li><li>Medical, dental, and vision insurance </li><li>Life Insurance & AD&D </li><li>Health Savings Account (HSA) </li><li>Flexible Spending Account (FSA) </li><li>Employee Assistance Program (EAP) </li><li>Seven (7) paid company holidays each year </li><li>401(k) retirement plan </li></ul>

Fabricate components and complete assemblies to the highest degree of quality using a variety of materials including, but not limited to, solid woods, veneers, plywood, MDF, particleboard, plastic laminates, solid surface and composites . Experience and comfortable with set-up and operation of woodworking machinery such as a table saw, edge-bander, wide belt sander, jointer, planer, etc.

The primary role of the Millwork Fabricator/Cabinet Maker is to build a variety of fabrications using a wide range of materials. Our Millwork Fabricators are skilled in Carpentry, Cabinet Making and working with Composite materials. As a Millwork Fabricator you will report directly to the Shop Foreman and will collaborate with fellow team member. Responsibilities:<ul><li>Fabricate components and complete assemblies to the highest degree of quality using a variety of materials including, but not limited to, solid woods, veneers, plywood, MDF, particleboard, plastic laminates, solid surface and composites </li><li>Interpret and understand typical instructions, shop drawings, labels, and cut lists </li><li>Assembly of CNC provided or manually fabricated parts </li><li>Assemble and test fit components as required based on project requirements </li><li>Collaborate with all departments to streamline production and assemblies </li><li>Set up woodworking equipment including table saws, drill presses, routers, jointers, planers and sanders </li><li>Determine the appropriate fabrication techniques and equipment for the task </li><li>Follow established safety rules and regulations and maintain a safe and clean environment </li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Ability to read blueprints and shop drawings. </li><li>Ability to work independently and within a team environment </li><li>Excellent problem-solving skills </li><li>Strong attention to detail </li><li>Experience and comfortable with set-up and operation of woodworking machinery such as a table saw, edge-bander, wide belt sander, jointer, planer, etc. </li><li>Confident and safe operation of a variety of industry-related power tools and hand tools </li><li>Experience in laminating </li><li>Knowledge of basic woodworking techniques and processes </li><li>Mathematical and analytical skills necessary to do material take-offs and cut lists </li><li>Working with little supervision while following all health and safety standards is essential </li></ul>A&M ProductionWe are an international full-service exhibit house that provides winning brand experiences through creativity and craftmanship.
