JOB SUMMARY: The receptionist performs a variety of tasks, including greeting and routing visitors, processing all incoming telephone calls, delivering messages, distributing mail to staff and residents, provide clerical support and assist Human Resources and Accounts Payable as assigned by Manager. Must have good organizational and filing skills and the ability to learn to operate and maintain various office machines such as multi-function copiers, fax machines, document binders, digital camera, laminating machines, typewriter and calculator.
