This role owns shift performance across safety, quality, delivery, and cost while partnering with the Day Shift CNC Manager, Production, Quality, Maintenance, and other supporting teams to maintain strong operations across shifts. Provide clear daily shift reporting and maintain strong handoffs with the Day Shift CNC Manager, including performance, downtime, quality concerns, staffing issues, and open priorities.
