15+ years of progressive HRBP or HR generalist experience, including significant experience partnering with senior GTM leaders in high-growth technology organizations, with exposure to globally distributed teams and hands-on experience supporting organizations across both India and the United States. You will work closely with senior leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, performance management, employee relations, change management, leadership coaching, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
