Works with business units to define and gather reporting requirements; Designs, develops, and tests reports and/or dashboards as requested by the business teams, including Power BI, updating SAP Business Objects (BOE), or an ad hoc query as needed; Troubleshoots and resolves issues with existing reports. Supports business teams, members, and stakeholders by configuring and maintaining enterprise applications, ensuring these systems remain available and effective for both internal and external users; Owns stakeholder communications throughout application support, and projects involving application development and upgrades.
