Develops and maintains understanding of Financial Reporting and operation of assigned DOO geography, including presentations and communications with Lead VPs in development and communication of quarterly forecasting and budget models to AMSURG leadership team. Ensures healthy board governance throughout the Division, participating and supporting board meetings and governance as needed including reporting regulatory issues, ASC industry updates, lobbying efforts, and pertinent health system, physician practice management, and private equity relationship updates.
