In this fully remote position, you will serve as a key point of contact between providers, referral sources, injured workers, and internal teams while assisting with referral intake, documentation, authorization letters, vendor coordination, and follow-up to support safe and effective care coordination. Skill(s): Proficient reading, writing, grammar, and mathematics skills; knowledge of medical terminology; good interpersonal relations and communicative skills; moderate PC skills with emphasis on accuracy; excellent organizational and prioritization skills with ability to multi-task.
