Modern Chevrolet Parts Warehouse of Winston-Salem is currently seeking a Remote Wholesale Parts Salesperson to join the team of Parts professionals at our dealership in NC. Responsibilities for this career opportunity include:KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:<ul><li>Accurately and efficiently fulfill customer phone and digital orders.</li><li>Ensure special orders are processed and fulfilled in a timely manner.</li><li>Maintain and nurture customer relationships ensuring our business continues to grow.</li></ul>Working remotely is an option offered to employees whose commute is 90 minutes or greater.Responsibilities and Duties<ul><li>Assists wholesale account customers in selecting required parts or accessories in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner.</li><li>Locates or orders parts as needed.</li><li>Prepares invoices for parts to be delivered to wholesale customers.</li><li>Maintains and solicits wholesale accounts in person and by telephone. Keeps parts manager informed on the status of accounts.</li><li>Maintains professional appearance.</li><li>Other duties may be assigned.</li></ul>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:<ul><li>3 or more years of Wholesale Parts experience.</li><li>CDK experience required</li><li>Experience with OEC, OPS, and CCC ordering platforms</li><li>This is a high-energy position. Driven, self-motivated individuals excel.</li><li>Aptitude for acquiring sales skills and product knowledge.</li><li>Continued education and understanding of OE price match programs ensuring maximum value to our customers.</li></ul>Additional Remote Requirements:<ul><li>Must have a designated workspace that is quiet and free from distraction.</li><li>Workspace must be documented with clear pictures or video and must be willing to provide updated pictures or video upon request.</li><li>Must have constant access to the internet with a direct, wired connection, validated by a monthly billing statement.</li><li>Must clock in and out using the TCE function in CDK.</li><li>Must be present, via Microsoft Teams for daily huddle at 7:45 a.m.</li><li>Must be able to participate in Monthly One-on-One via Microsoft Teams.</li><li>Must be able to participate in Quarterly face-to-face meetings at Modern Chevrolet Parts Warehouse.</li><li>Must maintain a 90% connection rate or better on phone lines.</li><li>Sales performance will be reviewed on a regular basis, with the expectation of upward trends.</li></ul>Why Chose Modern Automotive<ul><li>Modern Automotive of Winston Salem is a part of Modern Automotive Network.
