Serves as MSIG USA's senior field representative at loss locations, working directly with insureds, brokers, independent adjusters, public adjusters, experts and support vendors to establish facts, control the adjustment process, develop sound reserves and drive timely, equitable claim outcomes in accordance with policy terms, delegated authority, company claim handling guidelines, regulatory requirements and applicable fair claims practices laws. Selects, assigns, directs and evaluates independent adjusters and approved support vendors across a national footprint, including engineers, forensic accountants, building consultants, equipment specialists, cause-and-origin experts, environmental consultants, restoration firms, salvage vendors and counsel.
