This role serves as the primary on-site leader and is expected to exercise sound judgment, communicate proactively, and escalate material operational, employee-relations, financial, or compliance matters to Retail Operations leadership and Human Resources as appropriate. This position owns the store's customer experience, team development, sales execution, labor management, inventory integrity, cash controls, safety, security, and adherence to applicable OLCC, METRC, and company requirements.
