Our success is built on doing the right thing—for our customers and employees—every time.<h3>Responsibilities</h3>Responsibilities: As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the trusted expert for maintenance and repair decisions. Your role will include:<ul><li>Reviewing scheduled and unscheduled repair orders for accuracy and cost-effectiveness.</li><li>Recommending proper maintenance intervals, repair procedures, and pricing.</li><li>Supporting Fleet Management offices, clients, and vendors to minimize downtime and control costs.</li><li>Reviewing and applying automotive maintenance and repair expertise to provide timely advice on repair orders submitted from external partners by phone and email, in an efficient and friendly manner</li><li>Reviewing proposals to ensure proper repair and maintenance services are performed according to manufacturers' recommendations, interval-based timing, applied knowledge of vehicle history, and appropriate pricing for suggested services</li><li>Negotiating changes or corrections to order pricing when inconsistent with standards, assess and apply proper warranty and post-warranty applications while creating and issuing purchase orders; explain our operating procedures to clients, groups and vendors</li><li>Analyzing clients’ business needs and repair orders to create and assess solutions; contact clients to provide recommendations, explain proposed procedures, and gain approval</li><li>Identifying opportunities and make recommendations to Groups and leadership across internal business lines for full maintenance service proposals, repairs charged to the clients, and opportunities to cycle vehicles in favor of repair</li><li>Fielding calls from drivers, evaluating specific needs to locate and suggest proper and cost effect service locations for clients</li></ul>Equal Opportunity Employer/Disability/Veterans     #LI-REMOTE <h3>Qualifications</h3>Requirements<ul><li>Minimum of 4 valid ASE certifications (no expired certifications) in the following list:</li><li><ul><li>A1-A9, B5, T1-T8, L1-L4, F1, G1, & C1.</li></ul></li><li>Must be fluent in both written and spoken English and French </li><li>Must live in New Orleans, LA or surrounding counties</li><li>Six (6) months of customer service experience required</li><li>Two (2) years of automotive maintenance, repair consultation or dealership service department experience required</li><li>Degree in Automotive Technology preferred</li><li>Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook)</li><li>Must have the ability to meet all work from home technical requirements</li><li>Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future</li></ul>Competency Based Qualifications: <ul><li>Executing</li><li>Customer Service</li><li>Detail Oriented</li><li>Analyzing</li><li>Communication</li><li>Flexibility</li></ul>Work from Home (WFH) Requirements:<ul><li>Must have reliable and consistent high-speed internet access provided by a terrestrial cable or fiber provider (no DSL or satellite)</li><li>High-speed Internet connection with a minimum validated upload speed of 5Mb and download speed of 25Mb is required.  Connection latency must be less than 100ms.  (Please validate using a speed test tool such as <a href="https://nam10.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.speedtest.net%2F&data=05%7C01%7CRichard.F.Heimerl%40efleets.com%7C3b4c506d66444b3fa84b08db93868699%7C6059864a98e849a4b3c0913fa7f9ced9%7C0%7C0%7C638265978235622549%7CUnknown%7CTWFpbGZsb3d8eyJWIjoiMC4wLjAwMDAiLCJQIjoiV2luMzIiLCJBTiI6Ik1haWwiLCJXVCI6Mn0%3D%7C3000%7C%7C%7C&sdata=%2F1iQqIr%2FuwJrJ3UTkeCC4%2BLJOcDW8MA168EkGaoDwfA%3D&reserved=0" rel="noopener nofollow noreferrer" target="_blank">http://www.speedtest.net/</a>) </li></ul>
