The Program Manager provides senior-level project management and technical guidance and works directly with clients, VA leadership, clinical teams, business owners, technical personnel, and contractor staff to define goals, formulate task plans, review deliverables, identify opportunities, and improve program efficiency. The successful candidate will guide clinical, technical, operational, and documentation initiatives; facilitate alignment across VA groups; manage workgroups; and translate regulatory, clinical, coding, and system changes into current guidance, manuals, note templates, protocols, and implementation actions.
