For this role, we are hiring at the following levels and targeted base pay salary ranges: The targeted base salary pay range for Sr Principal is $160,000 to $190,000, the targeted base salary pay range for Director is $180,000 to $210,000. The main responsibilities are focused on representing all of Slalom's services at the assigned account(s), helping set strategic direction, delivering solutions, leading/coaching teams, driving sales, and helping with account management.
