Experience with annual risk-based planning, risk assessment, capacity modeling, KPI frameworks, quality programs, GRC, controls, issues management, technology tools, automation, or AI-enabled workflows preferred. The Manager serves as a strategic extension of the Head of CRR and a primary connection point across CRR leadership, review teams, senior risk management, the Board, regulators, Internal Audit, external reviewers, and enterprise partners.
