This position may be responsible for a variety of duties, including processing medication refills according to protocols, providing customer service, communicating with providers and office staff, medication prior authorization assistance, working with patients and health care teams for patient medication assistance guidance, and other duties as assigned. The Centralized Certified Pharmacy Technician is responsible for compliance with all HIPAA regulations and is always responsible for creating a positive impression with patients, family members, and internal or external coworkers or contacts.
