Strong understanding of commercial, institutional technology applications and operations and their integration within building design and construction environments, including audio systems, video display technology, unified communications, digital signage, networked signal distribution, complex automation and control, and typical building systems (HVAC, electrical, lighting, building controls, and security). Support system turnover and initial adoption by assisting with client training sessions, operational handoff activities, and early-stage issue identification, ensuring technology systems are understood, usable, and ready for day-one operation.
