Interact directly with partners, managers, and users as necessary to analyze user story objectives and capability requirements, including specifications for user interfaces, customized applications, and interactions with internal Salesforce instance (includes being proficient in detailed user story requirements gathering, documentation/write-ups, acceptance criteria, goals, and assumptions). Demonstrated expertise in Salesforce administration, data modeling, automation, security, and platform configuration, with experience partnering with developers, architects, integration specialists, and business stakeholders to deliver enterprise-scale solutions.
