The Director must reside full-time on Cape Cod, maintain a professional home office with reliable internet, participate in regular virtual meetings, and attend in-person staff gatherings, donor meetings, events, and community activities on Cape Cod and the Islands as needed. Reporting to the Executive Director, the Director of Development will lead SCCI’s fundraising strategy and increase private philanthropic support through individual giving, major gifts, grants, corporate partnerships, donor stewardship, and Board engagement.
