Define and validate non-functional requirements, including failover SLA, RTO/RPO, multi-AZ high availability, and throughput and latency targets by modality (CR through large CT, mammography, and WSI), and confirm delivered features meet them along with DICOM PS3.4 conformance and the published DICOM Conformance Statement. This is a hands-on, technically deep role: the Product Owner works day-to-day with platform engineering, SRE, and Hosting teams, and ensures that what gets built is reliable enough for clinical imaging workflows where downtime directly affects patient care.
