Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients with travel inquiries, booking options, and reservation management
Communicate with clients via email, phone, and messaging tools in a professional and friendly manner
Recommend and help book travel arrangements including hotels, resorts, cruises, flights, and activities
Manage changes, cancellations, and special requests efficiently and accurately
Maintain updated records of client preferences, bookings, and correspondence
Collaborate with travel advisors and supplier partners to ensure seamless service
Stay informed on travel trends, destination updates, and special promotions
Deliver a client-first experience that builds trust, loyalty, and repeat business
Qualifications:
Experience in customer service or the travel industry is helpful but not required
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and stay organized in a remote setting
Comfortable using email, booking platforms, and CRM tools (training provided)
Reliable internet access and a personal computer
Must be 18 years or older
