This position is responsible for administering drug-screen collections according to company procedures, maintaining accurate documentation, protecting employee confidentiality, and ensuring specimens or testing materials are handled appropriately. The contractor may not alter testing procedures, disclose confidential testing information to unauthorized individuals, or make independent hiring, termination, disciplinary, or return-to-work decisions based on screening results.
