Rare Blood Disorders Patient Support Services supports patients and healthcare providers by providing education and resources to help navigate patient access, reimbursement, affordability offerings, and Sanofi patient support programs. Main Responsibilities: FRMs will be subject matter experts on Sanofi's rare blood disorder support program, payer claim processes, billing and coding education, access issue resolution, financial assistance and alternative funding options provided by our patient support program.
