The Product Manager II operates as “two in a box” with a peer Technical Leader, with shared accountability for solution success, build decisions, delivery tradeoffs, and business outcomes while maintaining clear ownership of Product’s what and why and Technology’s how. Create and maintain feature definitions in designated tools—including descriptions, business need, customer value, requirements, acceptance criteria, and success measures—to support timely agile planning, delivery, decision-making, and organizational visibility.
