The Senior Program Delivery Professional executes on projects designed to improve clinical quality tied to the in-home assessment program: + Continues to deliver existing Stars programs included in IHWA program + Partners directly with Stars, Clinical, and Pharmacy partners to identify and prioritize opportunities to incorporate additional clinical value + Monitor and lead oversight of all in-home visit data collection, ensuring real-time visibility and compliance with policies and Stars requirements + Oversee operational performance dashboards, proactively identifying issues and coordinating resolution and improvement opportunities + Leads incident response and root cause analysis for Stars data, verifying data at the member level + Review and communicate results of programs + Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction + Provide consolidated budget tracking for Stars and Follow-Up team to enable coordination with Finance, validating vendor invoicing and data files You will report to the Director, Program Delivery **Use your skills to make an impact** **Required Qualifications** + 5+ years' experience in Stars and HEDIS + 3+ years vendor or project management experience + Advanced skills using Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and SQL + Experience working independently with multiple stakeholders from across the organization + Understanding of metrics, trends, and the ability to identify gaps in care + Ability to work under tight deadlines, multitask, and deliver quality work under pressure + Ability to use discretion and possess exceptional judgement **Preferred Qualifications** + Bachelor's degree + Knowledge of AI, HIE, in-home programs **Work-At-Home Requirements** To ensure Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates' ability to work effectively, the self-provided internet service of Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates must meet the following criteria: + At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is recommended; wireless, wired cable or DSL connection is suggested + Satellite, cellular and microwave connection can be used only if approved by leadership + Associates who live and work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota will be provided a bi-weekly payment for their internet expense + Humana will provide Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates with telephone equipment appropriate to meet the business requirements for their position/job + Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information Travel: While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required.
