As a member of the Technology Services team, reporting to the Director of Technical Operations, this position will serve as the primary system administrator and subject matter expert for Common App’s enterprise internal communication and knowledge management tools, with a primary focus on the Atlassian Cloud platform (Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Jira Assets, and Confluence) and Google Workspace environment. Google Workspace Administration: Strong expertise in managing Google Workspace at the organizational level, including user and group management, organizational units, security configurations, DLP policies, Google Vault, mobile device management, and service-level access controls.
