You will coordinate managed care, workers’ compensation, and private-pay cases, serving as a key clinical point of contact for patients, families, caregivers, therapy providers, payers, and adjusters. Communicate with managed care representatives, workers’ compensation adjusters, external case managers, and treating providers regarding patient progress, care needs, and service coordination.
