You'll work closely with company leadership, contribute to meaningful projects, and play an important role in supporting the continued growth of our brand.WHAT YOU'LL DO 
Executive & Administrative Support<ul><li>Provide day-to-day administrative support to company leadership and team members</li><li>Manage incoming calls, inquiries, and general headquarters operations</li><li>Coordinate meetings, schedules, communications, and special projects</li><li>Maintain records, contact lists, and organizational systems</li><li>Prepare reports, summaries, presentations, and other business documents</li><li>Order and manage office supplies, equipment, uniforms, and related resources</li><li>Support team member recognition programs, milestones, awards, and special events</li><li>Respond to administrative inquiries and help resolve issues efficiently</li></ul> Marketing & Brand Coordination<ul><li>Schedule and publish content across social media platforms</li><li>Assist with the creation, formatting, and distribution of marketing materials including flyers, newsletters, signage, emails, and promotional pieces</li><li>Help maintain website content and online business listings</li><li>Coordinate timelines and logistics for promotions, campaigns, and marketing projects</li><li>Communicate with vendors, printers, and partners to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met</li><li>Monitor social media activity, customer reviews, and online engagement</li><li>Review marketing materials for accuracy, consistency, and brand standards</li><li>Support restaurant-level marketing efforts by ensuring materials are accurate and delivered on time</li></ul> Event & Community Engagement<ul><li>Assist with planning and coordinating company meetings, team events, and community initiatives</li><li>Support sponsorships, local events, fundraising activities, and community partnerships</li><li>Coordinate event logistics, materials, communications, and follow-up activities</li><li>Help capture and organize photos, videos, and stories that showcase our team, culture, and community involvement</li></ul> Project Coordination & Reporting<ul><li>Maintain marketing calendars, project timelines, and planning tools</li><li>Track campaign activity and compile basic performance reports</li><li>Conduct periodic audits of marketing materials, online listings, and promotional displays</li><li>Maintain and update process documentation and administrative procedures</li><li>Research marketing trends, competitive activity, and new ideas to support continuous improvement</li></ul> WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
