You will be responsible for helping students with daily activities, offering moral support, and delivering tailored instruction based on their Individualized Education Plan (IEP).We are currently hiring for multiple positions across all cities in Indio, CADetails:<ul><li>In-Person Tutoring in Indio, CA</li><li>Schedule: 18 hours, 2 sessions a week for 2 hours</li><li>Pay range is between $25 and $35</li></ul>Ideal Candidate:<ul><li> Fluent in both Spanish and English, with the ability to deliver clear, bilingual instruction. </li><li> Experienced in working with students with special education needs, including those with speech delays. </li><li> Skilled in reading comprehension, writing support, retention strategies, and SEL instruction. </li><li> Patient, creative, and adaptable, able to maintain engagement and structure during sessions. </li><li> Background in Special Education, ABA, or related fields preferred but not required.</li></ul>Key Responsibilities:<ul><li> Provide individualized instruction in reading comprehension, writing, and retention strategies. </li><li> Incorporate social-emotional learning (SEL) into lessons to support emotional regulation and interpersonal skills. </li><li> Use structured, engaging activities to help the student organize and clearly express ideas in writing. </li><li> Integrate Spanish instruction into sessions to enhance bilingual learning and communication. </li><li> Bring supplemental curriculum materials to support lessons and reinforce learning. </li><li> Use positive reinforcement, visual supports, and hands-on activities to maintain focus and motivation. </li><li> Communicate progress and strategies with caregivers as appropriate.</li></ul>Why Tutor Me Education? Qualifications:
