Move about the office, Central Office departments, meeting spaces, and occasional off-site locations; On some occasions, it may be necessary to move quickly across even or uneven surfaces; Operate a computer and other office productivity equipment (e.g., copier, printer, scanner, phone systems, etc.); Remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time; Read material from a computer monitor as well as handwritten or printed materials, with or without visual aids; Position oneself to maintain files and access office materials and equipment; Communicate effectively so that information is accurately conveyed and understood, both verbally and in writing; Communicate and collaborate effectively with staff, families, community members, and public officials in person, via video conference, telephone, and/or written correspondence; Observe and review details at close range, including written and digital information; Manage multiple tasks and priorities, often with competing deadlines and interruptions; Lift and/or move materials weighing up to 25 pounds; Work in an environment where the noise level is typically moderate, with occasional periods of increased activity.
