The Field Operations Manager for Air Mobility and Maritime Missions (AMMM) leads 10-15 Direct Employees in the maintenance, operations, and support of C-130, C-5, and P-3 Aircraft of the Fleet Support/Fleet Management Teams covering Business Capture, Cost/Schedule, and Proposal Operations; Field Site Integration; and Fleet Management Performance. The Business, Cost/Schedule, and Proposal responsibilities include managing cost/schedule IAW Earned Value Management (EVM) System, leading the capture and proposal development processes with BOE development, negotiations, and requirements decomposition with employee work assignments.
