Serving as a trusted partner to physician leadership, the executive team, and the Board, this leader collaborates across Clinical, Operations, Finance, Managed Care, Revenue Cycle, Legal, Compliance, IT, Strategic Initiatives, and People & Culture to align pharmacy strategy with enterprise priorities and deliver sustainable organizational value. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Chief Pharmacy Officer (CPO) is the senior-most executive accountable for the strategy, performance, and advancement of the enterprise pharmacy business at Florida Cancer Specialists & Research Institute, including Pharmacy Operations, RxToGo, Pharmacy Solutions, and Centralized Procurement.
