Crisis intervention; Maintain assigned caseload; Providing direct care to patients/residents – including assessments, individual counseling, discharge and aftercare planning, treatment plans and updates, weekly progress notes, daily groups facilitation, group note completion, and completion of bio-psychosocial assessments; Making referrals when appropriate; Responsible for each assigned patients' medical records. Program/Location: Youth Point Clinic- Hyannis, MA Education/Licensure: Master's degree in one of the following disciplines or a closely related field: clinical psychology, education counseling, medicine, psychology, psychiatric nursing, rehabilitative counseling, or social work.
