Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution with a degree in Social Work, Human Services, Psychology, with one year experience working with high-risk youth or high school diploma (or General Educational Diploma [GED]) with a minimum of three years' experience working with high-risk children in either Child Welfare, Probation or mental health systems. Guided by the core values and principles of Wraparound—family voice and choice, collaboration, cultural humility, and strengths-based practice—the CFS supports family stability, fosters resilience, and helps clients achieve their goals in alignment with Vista Del Mar's mission of compassion, inclusion, and excellence.
