The primary goal is to assess patient needs, develop individualized treatment plans, facilitate individual and group counseling services, engage family support, and promote long-term recovery, healthy development, and positive life outcomes. Position Summary: This position provides support, therapy, and case management services to adolescents experiencing substance use disorders, co-occurring mental health concerns, and other behavioral health challenges.
