Preference Employment Solutions is confidentially recruiting for an Accountant Office Manager for a company located 2 hours southwest of Fargo, North Dakota. Type of Position: Full Time - Direct Hire
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm Flexible
Compensation: $18 - $40 per hour DOE

Benefits: PTO, Paid Holidays, Health Insurance

Position Overview:

• Meet with customers and review statements
• Monitor day-to-day building maintenance activities
• Plan and manage cash flow
• Coordinate employee programs and communications
• Process payroll
• Manage workforce safety
• Invoice customers and process billing/payments
• Prepare all required financial reports

Characteristics of a Successful Candidate:

• Bachelor's or associate degree in accounting or related field
• A minimum of 2 years' experience in accounting
• Detail oriented with excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
