Parkside Elementary School is seeking a Bilingual Paraeducator - Family Engagement / Office Assistant - Elementary to join their team for the 2026-2027 school year!
BILINGUAL PARAEDUCATOR SUMMARY: Provides individual and group academic tutoring support to ELL qualified students in their native language. The position collaborates with teachers on meeting individual students' English development needs. The Bilingual paraeducator serves as a liaison between the school and students' family. He/she provides interpretation services for non-English speaking families and school staff. This position works with schools and families to develop a welcoming climate in the schools. Leads and develops family engagement activities for the bilingual community.
OFFICE ASSISTANT ELEMENTARY SUMMARY: The elementary school office assistant provides general clerical and secretarial support to the school site, communicating information to staff and to the public, providing complete and accurate records and providing information and/or direction as may be requested.
