Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate and reinforce core values
• Work drive-through both inside and outside in various kinds of weather
• Communicate effectively with guests and team members
• Prepare and package food and drinks with speed and accuracy
• Maintain a clean environment
• Maintain health and food safety standards
• Prompt and regular attendance for scheduled shifts
• Multitask and work at a quick, yet efficient, and thorough pace
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Energetic, self-driven, servant-minded

• Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
• Ability to stand for long periods of time

• Ability to speak English (bi-lingual a plus!)
• Ability to work in hot, cold, noisy, and fast paced environment
• Ability to work outside all seasons for 60+ minutes.
• Mobility required during shifts
• Must work well under pressure and respond to changes to orders quickly and efficiently
• Reliable transportation
• Basic reading, writing and math skills
