HR Generalist
We're seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Generalist to join our dynamic team. This role is essential for overseeing various human resources functions, ensuring a balanced and productive workplace environment. The ideal candidate will be adept in administering HR policies, driving employee engagement, and supporting the broader HR initiatives of our organization.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Administer day-to-day HR activities, including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and retention strategies.
- Implement and enforce HR policies and procedures in compliance with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
- Manage employee records, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- Facilitate performance management processes, partnering with managers to conduct reviews and provide constructive feedback to staff.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and issues, providing guidance and referring complex issues to senior HR leadership as necessary.
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Assist in maintaining a positive work culture by organizing team-building activities and initiatives that promote inclusion and diversity.
- Support the payroll and benefits administration process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Stay informed about changes in employment legislation and ensure the organization remains compliant.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar HR role.
- Comprehensive knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency with HR software and tools, such as HRIS.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.

Established from the roots of Inland Empire Community Health Center in Bloomington, CHSI has grown with community health centers in the counties of Riverside, San Bernardino, and San Diego.
